UK Tracked Delivery

Free express delivery on ALL orders over £45, or £3.99 otherwise.

We aim to despatch orders placed online before 1pm on the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm are usually despatched on the next working day. Our working days are Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

We use an express 48-hour tracked delivery service for all orders, either via Royal Mail, DPD or UPS. As soon as your order is despatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automatic shipment confirmation email with courier tracking details. You can track your order at any time with this information.

Please note: if we don't have an item in our warehouse, it may take a week for you to receive your order.


Next Working Day Delivery

For an optional £7.99, we offer next working day delivery on orders placed before midday, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after midday on Friday will arrive on Tuesday. This service excludes Saturdays and Sundays.


Click & Collect

We offer a free Click and Collect service on ALL orders for those able to call into any of our stores. Simply select this delivery option and choose your store during the checkout process.

You'll receive a telephone call and/or a confirmation email once your order is ready to pick up. If the item is in stock in your chosen store at the point of your order, this will be available within the hour. Otherwise your order will be ready for collection between 2-7 days.
Please ensure you have your order number to hand when collecting your items.

International Orders

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process international orders.

What happens if I'm not in when the courier knocks?

All our packages are sent using a tracked postal service – we don't want your fantastic new items to go walkabout! If you're not in, our courier will send you an email with tracking information and details on how to rearrange delivery or where you can collect the item from.
