Extended Returns Period Amendment 21/10/2024
For purchases made from 21st October, we are offering an extended returns period until 12th January.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached.
- Our standard return conditions apply.

You have up to 28 days to return your goods from the date you sign for them. Please return the items in a re-saleable condition in their original unused and unworn condition. This means the product, labels and tags are undamaged and unused. We appreciate you need to try things on and get a feel for your new item. However, we reserve the right to reduce the refund if your handling goes beyond what would be expected if you were trying something on in our stores.
If you wish to return an item you can purchase a return label for £2.50 via our Returns Portal. This service is provided by Royal Mail; you can choose to print the label, or use a QR code. Your parcel will need to be dropped off at a Post Office. Please note: if you choose the QR code option, you don't need to print this out, simply show the QR code on your phone at the post office and they'll print your label for you.
Please include your despatch note with your return. Alternatively, you can drop your order into one of our stores for FREE, or post with a courier of your choice and cost.
Debenhams Returns
For Debenhams returns please use our dedicated Debenhams Returns Portal.
Exchanges
We no longer offer exchanges for online orders via the post. However, we aim to process refunds on the day we receive them, so you can return your item and place a new order online with minimal delay.

LA22 0HQ - Via a Lakeland Leather store - simply take the delivery note or order confirmation and the product you wish to return or exchange to a store, and tell the sales assistant you bought it online.
For orders paid for by PayPal, Klarna, Clearpay and Amex
Our stores do not have the ability to process PayPal, Klarna, Clearpay or Amex payments, so cannot process refunds for these orders. Returns and exchanges can be made in a store, but we'll process any refunds back to your original payment method from our Head Office. We aim to process all refunds on the same day, but this may be a little longer in busy periods. If you return an item to store over the weekend we will process the refund on the next working day.
