Perfect for keeping your toiletries organised on short breaks or weekends away, the new-in Torver roll washbag is crafted from textured vegetable tanned leather for an elegant look. This compact washbag opens up and rolls open to reveal an array of storage options, including two zipped netting pockets and a fully removable washbag, and is finished with a hanging hook for easy access and storage.
Our vegetable tanned leather is certified by the Leather Working Group (LWG), of which we are a member. Vegetable tanning is an artisanal, irregular and handmade process which uses natural vegetable tannins to create sturdy, high quality leather with a unique look that will develop over time.
Due to the nature of this high-quality leather, slight marks and variations in texture are natural and may develop over time, enhancing the unique character of your piece.

DELIVERY TIMESCALES
We aim to despatch orders placed online before 1pm on the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm are usually despatched on the next working day. Our working days are Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
We use a 48-hour tracked delivery service for all orders, either via Royal Mail, DPD or UPS. As soon as your order is despatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automatic shipment confirmation email with courier tracking details. You can track your order at any time with this information.
We offer an optional next working day delivery service for £7.99. To qualify, orders must be placed before midday, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after midday on Friday will arrive on Tuesday. This service excludes Sunday delivery.
Please note: if we don't have an item in our warehouse, it may take a week for you to receive your order.
Click and Collect orders will receive an email and/or phone call when the order is ready to pick up. This could take between 1-5 days after placing your order.

RETURNS
Extended Returns Period Amendment
For purchases made from 21st October, we are offering an extended returns period until 12th January.
You have up to 28 days to return your goods outside of this period.
If you wish to return an item you can purchase a return label for £2.50 via our Returns Portal. This service is provided by Royal Mail.
Alternatively, drop your order into one of our stores for FREE, or post with a courier of your choice and cost.
EXCHANGES
We no longer offer exchanges for online orders via the post. However, we aim to process refunds on the day we receive them, so you can return your item and place a new order online with minimal delay.
